In the case of cash on delivery orders, you can pay the courier in cash or by credit card.

If you want to pay by bank transfer, the package will be handed over to the courier service after the transfer has been received!

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

As soon as the package is ready for preparation, the system sends a notification "Prepared for delivery" to the e-mail address specified in the order. It is no longer possible to modify or cancel an order prepared for delivery.

After the order has been handed over to the courier service, the system sends a notification "Handed over to the courier service" to the e-mail address specified in the order.

The delivery time is 1-5 working days from the handover.

The courier service notifies the recipient of the delivery date by e-mail. In the notification, you can also track the package via a direct link.

The courier service delivers packages on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The courier travels on a specific route, so he cannot deliver at the exact time, so we are unable to forward such requests to the courier service.

The courier service will attempt to deliver the package twice to the addressee.

If you do not receive the package through your own fault, we reserve the right to accept your order next time only with a bank transfer (advance payment) payment option. If you do not receive the package paid for by bank transfer, we will invoice the shipping cost (round trip) after the package has returned to us.
