- Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The system does not charge points for delivery costs or cash on delivery fees.
- Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for shipping costs or cash on delivery fees.
- Loyalty points are valid for 365 days. Loyalty points acquired more than 365 days ago will be deleted by the system.
- If you placed your order without logging in, unfortunately we cannot add your loyalty points to your account.
