I would like to change my order. How can I do it?
You can request the cancellation of the order by e-mail, until you have received an e-mail notification of the "prepared for delivery" status. We will cancel your order and you can place a new order with the desired products.

I would like to change the delivery information. How can I do it?
If you want to change the delivery data, you can do so by e-mail until you have received an e-mail notification of the "prepared for delivery" status. If your package has already been prepared for delivery, you can request a modification at the contact details of the courier service.

I have placed several orders but I would like to receive them at the same time. Merge?
​We cannot combine orders. As long as you have not received an e-mail notification of the "prepared for delivery" status, we can cancel your orders at your request and place them again together.

I placed my order, how long will it take for my package to arrive?
Orders placed before 12:00 on every working day are handed over to the courier service on the same day, who have 1-5 working days to deliver the package. The courier service will notify you by e-mail on the day of delivery. My device is broken, what can I do?
After you have read point 11 of the General Terms and Conditions, please write your order number and the problem you experienced in a few sentences to the e-mail address info@masterofvape.com .  For quality assurance reasons, we can only accept warranty claims by e-mail.

I don't like the product, can I return it?
You can return all unopened products in their undamaged original packaging to our address within 14 days of receipt. Please write your order number in the package and send us the bank account number for which you would like to receive the refund by e-mail.
